Return Policy
At Girlyk unit of JPAC Retail Private Limited, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be happy with every purchase you make from us. However, in the rare event that you're not completely satisfied with a product, we’ve outlined our return policy to ensure a fair and mutually agreeable resolution. We strive to make sure that you never have to use this policy, but we understand that situations may arise.
Please read the following terms carefully:
Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of placement due to the nature of our products (designer and handmade garments). After 24 hours, we begin processing your order by cutting the fabric, and thus, we cannot accept cancellations.
- If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours, a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount of the order.
Returning Items
- Do not return an item without contacting us first. It’s essential to get approval from us before sending back any items. If you return an item without prior communication, no credit or replacement will be issued.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 working days from the date of our confirmation, and the items must be in their original, unused condition with the original packaging (no worn, washed, used, or altered items). Please also include a copy of the invoice with your return.
- Stitch clothing and handwork items are non-returnable. We will not accept returns for custom-made or stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees with custom blouses.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to India, above the cost of shipping paid at the time of receiving the product.
- We recommend using a reliable courier service to return the items, and make sure to send the items with tracking. Keep the airway bill and tracking details for your records until the package is delivered to us.
- If the returned item is lost or damaged in transit, we cannot be held responsible, so please ensure it is shipped safely.
Refunds and Charges
- Refunds for custom or stitched items will not be accepted unless there is a fault on our part.
- In case of a valid return, we will offer a 75% refund of the product price (a 25% processing fee will be deducted).
- If you receive a defective product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery. You may be asked to provide a digital image of the issue for assessment.
Chargebacks/Refunds
- We do not accept claims for refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom-made stitch products or services.
- If multiple payments are made for the same ARN (Authorization Reference Number) for custom stitch services or miscellaneous services, those claims will not be eligible for a refund.
Damage or Discrepancy Upon Delivery
- When accepting a parcel from the courier, check the packaging for any damage or tampering. If the outer packaging is damaged, verify the contents before accepting delivery.
- If you notice any discrepancy or damage, you can either refuse delivery or accept delivery with a clear remark on the proof of delivery. Additionally, file a complaint with the courier’s local office so we can pursue the issue further.
Address Issues and Delivery Delays
- If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible, and no refund will be issued in such cases.
- While we aim to meet the shipping times mentioned on our website, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
- We may ship items in separate parts or offer a refund for any unfulfilled portion of your order.
- Delivery dates are approximate, and we cannot be held liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

Important Notes
- The customer bears the return shipping cost.
- We will not refund the shipping charges paid at the time of purchasing the item, nor will we refund any custom duties or taxes paid upon receipt of the goods.
- Refunds will never exceed the actual value of the goods.
- Custom-made or stitched clothing (including readymade stitched sarees with custom blouses) cannot be returned unless there is a fault on our part.
- Complaints regarding damage, stains, or stitching issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with digital images if necessary.
Jurisdiction
All matters relating to returns, refunds, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad.
