Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes
All online orders placed through girlyk.com are generally shipped according to the shipping times listed on each product page.
Our products are shipped directly from India, and we offer worldwide delivery, including to countries such as the USA, UK, Germany, Australia, Canada, UAE, Singapore, France, New Zealand, Netherlands, Malaysia, and more.Please note that courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. We kindly request that you provide a full street address, including the correct postal code and a contact telephone number or mobile number for accurate delivery.
Delivery Information
- For residential shipments to the USA and certain other countries, if no one is available to receive the package, the courier may leave it at the doorstep or, in some cases, attempt a re-delivery.
- We do not process shipments on Sundays or public holidays in India, as our logistics partner does not conduct pickups on these days.
Processing Time & Delivery Estimates
Since all our products are made to order, processing times can vary:
- Some products require 5-10 business days to dispatch.
- Other items may take 15-20 business days to be ready for shipping.
Once dispatched, international deliveries generally take 4-6 working days to arrive at their destination, depending on the shipping location.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping is available for all orders within India.
- For international shipments, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, based on your delivery location.
Shipment Tracking & Notifications
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. The email will include your tracking number and the courier company’s website link.
Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier’s website.
VAT & Customs Duties
Please be aware that VAT, customs taxes, and import duties are not included in the price of your order and are beyond our control. These charges depend on your country’s regulations and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities upon arrival of your package.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may be applied by their government. We cannot predict or control these charges, as customs policies vary by country.
In some cases, the courier company may apply additional service charges, depending on the customs process.
