Order Cancellation
- Order cancellations will not be entertained once placed on girlyk.com. Orders are processed immediately after placement, and therefore, cancellations are not possible.
Delivery Issues
- If non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to an error on the part of the user (e.g., incorrect or incomplete address, wrong name, or recipient unavailable), the additional cost incurred by Girlyk for re-delivery will be claimed from the user.
- is not liable for any damages or refunds beyond the order value if delivery is delayed or fails due to any reason.
Return and Refund Policy
- Returns are accepted only within 7 days of receiving the shipment. The products must be in their original condition with tags intact to be eligible for return.
- We will deduct shipping costs from the refund amount since we offer free shipping within India.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-stitched items or personalized orders unless there is a fault on our end.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping applies only to specific countries (e.g., India). For other locations, shipping costs are calculated based on product weight and delivery location.
- If you wish to return a product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Chargebacks and Refunds
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be processed for custom stitch products or services, including any miscellaneous services.
- Refund claims for multiple payments for the same ARN (Authorization Reference Number) will not be entitled.
Cashback Offers
- Cashback will be credited to your Girlyk account under "My Cashback." You can use this amount for your next purchase. When placing a new order, you will see your cashback amount in the Cart section, where you can choose whether to use it or not.
- Cashback is non-transferable and cannot be shared or used by another account.
Color & Product Description Disclaimer
- Product details, including weight, color, size, and handwork specifications, are approximate. Variations in color may occur due to differences in screen displays.
- Customers should keep in mind these potential minor variations before placing an order.
